This tow company had taken 7+ hours with continuous “updates” on how much longer they would be to get to me. I finally called Statefarm and let them know that I would be towing through someone else due to the long wait and no assurance on if the tow company were even coming to me. I talked with Millie and she apologized profusely and was very pleasant to work with iverall. It wasn’t Stefan’s fault whatsoever that we had such bad luck with this company but Statefarm and Millie specifically did everything they could to make me feel as if I was being heard and well taken care of. I’m very happy with the outcome of the situation and we have reported the tow company. Overall great experience (with Statefarm not tow company lol)"
