"The process of getting your car repaired after an accident isn't usually an easy process. We were pleasantly surprised with our recent experience. My husband and I received a great "Like a good neighbor" experience with Aaron Black. We had questions/concerns about the process of getting our car repaired from an accident and he welcomed us into his office right away. Aaron exhibits true empathy, compassion and professionalism and was more than willing to go above and beyond in order to help us with our situation. We truly appreciated how he took the time to call customer support and worked to make sure our claim was being handled correctly so we didn't have to needlessly pay for anything out of pocket. Aaron has such a great, warm personality, is very knowledgeable and I'm sure Mike Fernandez feels fortunate to have him on his team. No one wants to have a car accident, but when you do, you hope to get the kind of high-quality service and thoughtfulness that Aaron showed my family.
